THE BRIEF, THE BUILD, THE PAYOFF.
Erna Ćosić coaches both physical training and mental strength, but a solo founder-coach needs a premium personal brand that communicates a holistic (body + mind) approach and turns visitors into free intro calls — not just another generic fitness page.
I built a warm, premium German website around her personal brand: a founder-led story, three clear coaching offers (online, personal in Vienna, mental performance), a 'why coach with me' section, a transparent step-by-step process, and a clear path to a free intro conversation.
The site reflects her holistic method and makes the first step feel easy and personal, positioning her as a premium coach rather than a commodity trainer.
