A clear agreement

These Terms govern your use of armanbusatlic.com and your initial enquiries regarding freelance services provided by Arman Bušatlić, an independent freelancer based in Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Services

Services presented on this website may include:

  • Premium websites and digital experiences

  • AI agents and website assistants

  • Business automation and workflow systems

  • SEO, analytics, and growth systems

  • Related strategy, design, development, and consulting

Website content is provided for general information. It does not by itself constitute a binding offer, guarantee, contract, or professional advice.

Project enquiries and agreements

Submitting a contact form, sending a message, booking a call, or using the AI assistant does not create a client relationship or bind either party to a project.

A project begins only when the following have been agreed in writing:

  • Scope

  • Deliverables

  • Price

  • Payment schedule

  • Timeline

  • Responsibilities

  • Revisions

  • Other relevant project conditions

A separate proposal, statement of work, order confirmation, or contract may apply.

If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement takes priority.

Services are provided on an independent freelance basis. Nothing on this website creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, or authority for either party to bind the other.

Client responsibilities

For an agreed project, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Providing content, approvals, credentials, and access reasonably required for delivery

  • Confirming that supplied materials may lawfully be used

  • Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timeframes

  • Maintaining secure control of accounts, credentials, and third-party services

  • Using delivered systems lawfully

  • Complying with relevant third-party terms

  • Paying agreed fees when due

Delays in receiving required information, access, content, feedback, or approval may affect the schedule and delivery date.

Fees, payments, and taxes

Prices displayed on the website, if any, are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final price, currency, payment schedule, deposit, recurring charges, third-party costs, and applicable taxes will be stated in the relevant written offer or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, work may be scheduled or started only after the required deposit or initial payment has been received.

Late payment may pause delivery, support, access, or handover to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

Scope and changes

Only deliverables expressly included in the agreed scope are included in the project price.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require:

  • A revised timeline

  • An additional fee

  • A separate proposal or agreement

Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid software, plugins, advertising spend, APIs, AI usage, stock assets, or subscriptions are not included unless explicitly stated.

Delivery, review, and acceptance

Estimated dates depend on:

  • The agreed scope

  • Timely client cooperation

  • Availability of required content and access

  • Third-party service availability

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery timelines are estimates rather than absolute deadlines.

The client should review deliverables within the agreed review period.

Correction of a confirmed defect within the agreed scope is different from requesting new features, additional revisions, or a new creative direction.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Each party retains ownership of materials, tools, systems, methods, trademarks, and intellectual property owned before the project

  • The client retains rights in content and materials supplied by the client

  • The client is responsible for ensuring supplied materials may lawfully be used

  • Rights in final client-specific deliverables transfer or are licensed only as stated in the project agreement and, where applicable, after full payment

  • Reusable knowledge, methods, non-client-specific components, workflows, libraries, templates, and general technical knowledge remain mine or their respective owner’s property

  • Third-party assets, software, fonts, platforms, and services remain subject to their own licences and terms

Unless confidentiality obligations or a written agreement prevent it, I may present completed public work in my portfolio.

A client may request different treatment in writing before publication.

Portfolio concepts and demonstrations

Some portfolio entries are clearly identified as concepts, demonstrations, or self-initiated work.

These projects are not presented as paid client work and should not be interpreted as endorsements by the depicted or referenced businesses.

Project examples describe the work shown and do not guarantee identical results for another business.

AI and automation limitations

AI and automation systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected outputs.

They may depend on third-party models, APIs, platforms, hosting providers, and external services.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise:

  • AI output requires appropriate human review

  • Automated decisions should not be used for high-risk legal, medical, employment, financial, or safety-critical purposes without qualified oversight

  • External model behaviour, pricing, availability, and APIs may change

  • No system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free

  • The client is responsible for lawful input data, appropriate privacy notices, required permissions, and operational use of the system

The website AI assistant provides general information only. It cannot conclude a binding agreement or make a guaranteed commitment on my behalf.

SEO, analytics, and business outcomes

SEO, analytics, conversion, and growth services are intended to improve:

  • Technical foundations

  • Search visibility

  • Measurement

  • User experience

  • Conversion opportunities

Search engines, advertising platforms, market conditions, competitors, and third-party algorithms are outside my control.

Unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement, I do not guarantee:

  • Search rankings

  • Traffic

  • Leads

  • Revenue

  • Advertising performance

  • Platform approval

  • Any specific commercial result

Third-party services

This website and delivered projects may depend on third-party services, including:

  • Framer

  • Hosting and domain providers

  • Analytics platforms

  • Automation platforms

  • AI providers

  • Social networks

  • External APIs

  • Communication and email services

I am not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, discontinued functionality, or data loss caused by a third party, except to the extent directly caused by my own breach of an agreed obligation.

Acceptable website use

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or connected systems

  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated abuse

  • Scrape, overload, or interfere with website operation

  • Use the website or AI assistant for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes

  • Submit content that infringes another person’s rights

  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, or project information

I may restrict access or ignore submissions reasonably believed to be abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations for client projects should be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Do not submit highly confidential materials through the public website unless an appropriate communication channel and confidentiality arrangement have been agreed.

Website availability

I aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but content may contain errors or become outdated.

The website may be changed, suspended, or temporarily unavailable without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, complete, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from:

  • Use of this public website

  • Inability to access the website

  • Reliance on general website information

  • Third-party links or services

Liability relating to paid services will be governed primarily by the applicable project agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable responsibility.

Cancellation and termination

Cancellation, postponement, refunds, notice periods, and termination of paid work are governed by the relevant proposal or project agreement.

Because services are customised, no general right to a refund is promised through this website beyond rights that apply mandatorily under law.

Either party may end discussions before a project agreement has been concluded.

Privacy

Processing of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Third-party services may also apply their own privacy notices and terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without excluding mandatory rights that may apply under another applicable law.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the competent court will be determined under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements change.

The Last Updated date shown on the page identifies the current version.
